Ordering

If you would like to purchase artworks from Akanyi African Art Gallery, please complete the form at right or contact us by phone at 206.381.3133 or 206.321.4099. Once we receive your request we will call you back to finalize your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal,
personal checks and money orders. Purchases with Paypal qualify for Paypal Buyer Protection. Paypal payments over $50 must include and ship to a confirmed address.

Personal checks and money orders must be cleared before shipping.

Local pick-up

Local pick-up from Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle is permissible for items that have a value over $100 or when the shipping cost is over $25.

Shipping Terms

Items ship within 5 business days. Shipping will be through UPS unless Fed Ex is desired or a shipping service needs to be used for larger items.

Insurance

Akanyi guarantees you will receive the item and it will be in the condition stated. All of the items sold will be covered for insurance. There is no need for you to pay extra to insure the item. If item is not received within 30 days (60 days outside of the 48 continuous states) you will receive a full refund. If item is damaged in shipping you will receive a refund. Please let us know immediately if there are any problems with the shipping process.
